IMb – the key to postal discounts
According the USPS’ plans, in 2011 every mail piece will be required to be identified by the new Intelligent Mail barcode in order to qualify for and receive a postal automation discount.
SourceLink has been approved for full-service Intelligent Mail barcoding (IMb) – which means we are certified to print all required barcodes on pallets, trays and individual pieces, and approved to submit electronic documentation and create online appointments within the FAST® system.
SourceLink can also incorporate the OneCode ACS® into the IMb barcode using unique identifying numbers – either provided by our clients or by SourceLink – in the original mail files to help eliminate UAA mail.
SourceLink will report all ACS information back to you in an easy-to-read format, and adjust all COA and Nixie data in any format you require.
